Yesterday I went for a run, and it took every part of my being to have fun. First it was the hills that hurt...the high heart rate, the slow movement, or that I didnt belong on that road. Either way I felt off keel. The only thing that kept me moving was my music and the downhills where the momentum helped pushed me down:) 30 min run, 30 min bike.....getting there
Today...same feeling..thought I might be a twinge faster, but my turning point was the same as the day before......I'll give it time....there is lots of that.
