First blog since CDA IM...I think that explains the title of this blog. After having a terrible cold for the last 6 weeks I finally feel like my body is on the mend. Stress...what a crazy thing that is and how it can take a terrible toll on your body. I have been trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and it seems to be finally helping.
I feel it....yes....this is the week I can proudly say that working out maybe okn the calendar:) It is sorta like butterflies in the belly. Not sure why because 15 minutes....well it is a joke. Hey I need to start out slow...dont want any injuries.
2009 Goals - Be ALIVE...every moment I am awake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every moment I am with my kids !!!!!!!!!! Just Being........more later.
